Faulty fridge

We reported a fridge that is not working but we have been waiting for a technician to come ,but till today nothing has happened. Defy technician they were very rude when they were scheduling another appointment,it's a month now without a fridge. Game employees should also make follow up with these people because it looks they just log an incident and leave it like that,they don't check whether the technician came or not.
