Faulty Fridge

I bought a new fridge at Game in Gateway and they sold me a faulty defy fridge, I told them the water dispenser does not work and thy told me thy will have a technician come over to fix it and it took 1 month before a technician to come fix it and whn he came he didnt even fix it. Spoke to Darren the manager about another issue the fridge is having its over flowing with water coming from the fridge everything in my fridge is flooded wit water and Darren said he is aiming to get me a new fridge and he will call me after 24 to 48 hours but he never called. Im tired of game stores and their bad service its either they get me a brand new fridge or give me back my money as this fridge is now 3 months old and i have been running up and down trying to get it sorted since it was 1 week old, giving me stress but they were more than happy to take my money now they dont want to assist me
