Faulty dishwasher for the second time purchased at

Good Day <br> <br> On the 05 July 2015 call has been logged(N1 City) for faulty dishwasher(Samsung) which is under guarantee , this is my 2nd one that has been faulty purchased at Game.I was told that it will take 24-48 hrs for technician to come out.To date no one has made contact .I have called Game N1 City twice thus far . This has caused me lotsa inconvenience (no dishwasher for 4 days).Please replace this dishwasher or refund me as this is not the first time I have had issues.<br> <br> Refernce given by N1 City branch:*** & ***<br> <br> Thank you
