Faulty Cellphone

I have a cell phone that was purchased in June 2021 that has been faulty ever since, it switches off by itself. In the last six months it has been repaired three times, and it still has the same fault. It was collected from its third repair on Monday 07 March 2022. I am so frustrated right now, this is a contract phone that I’m paying for, but not able to use it. Can this cell phone at least be replaced?
