Faulty Brand New Samsung Washing Machine

On 14 August 2020 I bought a brand new Samsung washing machine from Otukile Sefuno at Game Fourways Mall. This washing machine was delivered and installed on 18 August 2020. I paid R250 for the guys to install it. On Sunday evening, 23 August 2020, I used this washing machine for the 1st time and it makes a terrible noise. Also the belt/valve in front of the machine makes a squeaky noise when it turns during the washing cycle. I have contacted Game Fourways Mall and they referred me to client support. At client support, I am dealing with an agent called Zubair Adams. Zubair informs me that I cannot have a replacement washing machine. I am only allowed to have a technician come out and fix the machine. This I find totally unacceptable as this is supposed to be a brand new washing machine. If I cannot have a replacement washing machine, I request to be refunded, so that I can purchase a new machine elsewhere. I am not happy with the fact that a 10 day old product should be fixed. If this cannot be met, I will have no alternative but to lodge an official complaint with The National Consumer Commission, because this is truly unacceptable and ********* business practice. Please can this machine be collected and replaced with a new one.
