Faulty brand new fridge

I bought a Defy double door fridge on the 26th Nov 2023 at Game Mall of Africa and it has been working since I got it. I called numerous times at Gane Mall of Africa to complain it. They sent the first technician to check who said that there was nothing wrong with it yet it wasn't cold and only the Deep freezer was working, i then complained again and they sent a so called senior technician who said that the fridge needed to be regased which ge did and then he set it on the level that actually made it more hot to a point where even the deep freezer was warm. How do you regas a brand bew fridge and how come their technicians do not know what they were doing. Why should I ve fixing a brand new fridge. My food got spoilt to a point where we had to dispose them and now we are back to using the okd fridge which we we fortunately stored in the garage.

I would like to request that they come collect their fridge and refund my money so i can go buy a proper fridge elsewhere
