FAULTY APPLIANCE/*********** WORKERS

It's simple: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM GAME.

THEIR MANAGERS ARE ALL USELESS.

I purchased a Samsung 8kg Top loader Model WA13F552 from Game in Zevenwacht Mall.

In early June 2020 we contacted Game because the washing machine was giving problems: The washing in the spinner remained water soaked after spinning.

The technician then replaced the pump. After replacing the water pump the technician never did a test on the repaired machine.

Shortly afterwards the machine gave exactly the same problem.

The technician was called out for the 2nd time again.

During the 2nd call out the technician never performed any repairs on the machine; Only to convey to us the washing machine was not standing level hence the reason why it was still giving the same problem.

The technician then advised us to level the machine where upon we told him to level it himself, which he did.

The technician then failed to test the machine again before leaving.

Shortly after that the machine continued to give the same problems and we contacted Game for the 3rd time.

To date we had no response from Game nor was a technician sent out.
