Faulty appliance

I bought my appliances at Game store in Jabulani Mall on the 29/12/2021 and my customer number is *** the service at Game store in Jabulani Mall was very good and helpful my problem started when we used our washing machine which is Defy 14kg Manhattan top loader which started to make unnecessary sound when it comes to spinning the laundry which I suspect that it was a fault drum I notified the sales person at Game store in Jabulani Mall who promptly organized a technician from Defy appliances by the name of Hebert Moyo who I really don't know what he has assessed because tomorrow I was called by a lady from Defy headquarters who said that she is going to find out from her boss what is a way forward because from the onset she was reluctant to assist me questioning my story about the faulty product creating aspersions that we might have vandalized the machine which I asked her if we are so stupid to buy something like that and then vandalized it because according to her we seems to be ******** and destructive because we are Africans because she doesn't understand the plight my wife had to travel each time to do her laundry by my mother place I think that they will be able to replace or resolve our problem with Defy
