Faulse advertising

On the 9th of Feb'20 at approximately 16h30 myself and a friend entered game N1 city store to by a xbox one game.

At the time the store was nice and quit. While I was helped, my friend was browsing the store, he then called to show me and showed me the price of the samsung 58 uhd tv. The price was displayed as now r1099 I said to him lets take two its a good price. We call a staff member with the name Sphamandla in the department to assist us. We requested 2 tv's but he refused to help us saying its not the original price on the display. We request him to call a manager. The manager came by the name of Portia, rather to assist us with the tv's she made lots of invalid excuses and apologise at the very same time. We were not interested in the excuses as we felt we were been ****** by our customers right. After a lots of hassles we left the department unsatisfied. We went to the till points to pay for the xbox game fifa20 which I bought. At the till point I ask for another manager. The manager came by the name of Charity, I again explaint to her our complaint and the experience we had. Instead of giving the tv's for the price on display she offered a discount. We refused the discount and assisted to pay the price that was on display.

I ask a consulted details in the department RCS - Bradley as a witness to what we experienced.

I send an email to game custormer service to complaint. I received feedback from the store via email Gary was the person. He also offered the discount of r2000 which i refused.

Game was always my number one store but with this experience i will definitely make sure people hear their bad service.
