There was a discrepancy on you website and in store of R400 on a Zingo X100 s******, the sales person as well as head office refused to help. Joe the store manager of Westgate was exceptional and sorted it out immediately. I was extremely frustrated that no one was willing to help and abide by the consumer protection act, however as soon as I spoke to Joe it was sorted out in an extremely professional way.
