Fantastic Service by Store Manager

After having an extremely bad experience with Game Clearwater and posting on Hello Peter as I got no joy from customer service. The Store Manager, Micheal went above and beyond to sort the problem. A big THANK YOU for making me believe in customer service again. Appreciate the assistance and if more companies employed people like Michael I would be happy to shop at their store.
