False selling of Cell phone Insurance

<p>I went to buy a cell phone at Game last week Friday and the service to be honest was okay. They talked me into taking their insurance which I did not want because I already use another insurance for my other devices. They told me its only R60.00 that I will be pay and nothing more. to my surprise I get an SMS from their insurance department that I need to pay R105.00 for the insurance. I called their call enter only to find out that the R60.00 I paid in store was for admin fees and only now will I be paying prorate for May plus June. The consultant never mention anything firstly about admin fees that have to be paid. They are false selling their insurance which is not legal. They supposed to be transparent about what we pay for. Then allow a client to make their own decision not based on false facts. I’m really disappointed at the 3 gentleman that assisted me.</p> <p>I think more training need to be done and would like to cancel this insurance and rather go to my own insurer.</p>
