False promotions/advertising

I've seen a few of the same stories, birthday promotion items that are not in stock or available either in-store on online. I'm trying to purchase a Kenwood Food processor since last week, promotion ends today so i tried phoning my closest store (Table View), still waiting on a call back, you guys are losing ground to online shopping stores because of this type of service.
