False promises on delivery

Ordered the dstv package at game on the 9th May and as per their website they advised 7-10 business days for delivery which I get as it's lockdown etc and agree to their terms. Anyways called yesterday and the guy I spoke to advised me that it Wil be delivered on the same day and not dispatched. Left it and no delivery, called today again and I am being told that there is no stock, could this not have been communicated to me sooner but I am forced to call each day and wait on the phone +- 20 Minutes each time I call. You guys wanted me to pay delivery fee which now I will receive one day after your agreed 7-10 business day timescale. This is pathetic service, I agreed and waited your 10 business days but you guys are not sticking to your half of the agreement. I understand there's no stock but how was this only discovered on the 10th business day and only after I called was this checked. **** service. My order number
