False Promises-Game Alberton

Bought a hisense side by side fridge and received a small box deep freezer as a free gift in the promotion. Paid for this on the 25th of Nov 2017. We then paid for deliver on Monday morning the 27th. Monday afternoon I contacted the stor me because no delivery came in. I was told the fridge is out of stock and they don't know when it will be replaced. Offering no solution. I called back asking to speak to a manager. Got someone else who said the fridge will be delivered in the 7 th of December. We agreed to wait for the 7th. When this day came we again-contacted the store. We were then told that fridge will not be coming in and a newer model will replace it in the following week and we will receive this new model with no added charge. In the interim the FREE box deep freezer was delivered. An email from the branch manager confirmed that the stock for the new fridge will be delivered to the warehouse on the 12th of December. When we contacted the store on the afternoon of the 12th they said that they could not see if the stock arrived. The following day we went to the store to see the managers. We were then told that theybstock have not arrived. We asked for our money back that the store has been sitting with since the 25th of November. They made us pay for the deep freezer that was already delivered this was a Free gift for a product they could not deliver. They offered no apologies. During this whole period we were calling them every time to ask for an update. Not once did they contact us to inform us of the stock problems or delays in delivering to the warehouse. The weekend after we took our money back we went to the game in the glen. We found the same fridge that was out of stock in this store. One would think if the store cares about customers they would have sourced the fridge from a different store to satisfy the customer BUT not Game Alberton. They offer no customer support. Will be avoiding this store !!
