False promises

<p>I recently bought a dstv explorer 2, which apparently came with an installation voucher. I tried calling the call centre to get an installer to fit the device however there seems to be no one working at that call centre because I have been trying to call for the past 3 days and there is no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why promise free installation if it does not exist or only available after the holidays.</p> <p> </p> <p>If that was the case I would never have bought the explorer if I would I would not be using it.</p> <p>To the public</p> <p>Please be aware false promises from game and their trade partners.</p>
