False promises

I went to Game when I saw that the Ellies LED rechargeable lights were advertised for R49 but the product was sold out. My mother and I went together and we were told that we could write on of our names in the book and would be called when stock came in. I asked whether I needed to place our names separately as we each wanted 4 globes and was told that it was acceptable to place one name. Stock was received today and nobody bothered to call us. We had to call Game and were told that they had received stock. When my mother went to collect the globes she was told that there was a limit per customer and that she was only allowed to take 4. Firstly, we were told to only list one name in the book and secondly nowhere in the Game adverti*****t does it state that stocks are limited to 4 per customer. I work in Sandton and cannot make it to the store to collect the globes. My mother collected the bayonet globes but I still need 4 ***** in globes and my mom needs 1 ***** in. I expect the store to honour their commitment to supply globes to both of us and don't expect to be treated like a ********. I expect a response to this issue today.
