False promises

I bought the tablet special 2 for R1000 as a Facebook fan , only to pay but no stock , they promised to call me when stock came. They called I rushed to Game only to find out they have no stock , I took off from work , I was angry so asked for manager who check and no stocks , I asked y did they call me , he said will investigate and call me back , it's been one week no call or even a call to say sorry as soon as stocks come we will call you . I can't tell you managers name as he had no name badge . It's my daughters birthday on the 25th and I paid for a present that I don't have . I don't know what to do Game really put me in a situation with false promises and poor customer service . How does Game advertise with no stock as I was at store early and there was not even one available for the customer , it's a waste of time and money going up and down to Game , I feel like a fool or a puppet because Game does not keep promises being cheap and not keeping the customer happy does not work . With the tablet deal I lost half day work my petrol and time .Unhappy customer I feel I was ********** .I have to say I now Shop Makro unless u can change my mind
