False information on slip

I was given a Game gift card as a present, and I noted on the slip that came with the card that I could use it at any Dion Wired store. On arrival at Dion Wired in Cresta, and during purchasing my items, the card declined. I was told that I could not use the card in their store. <br> <br> Why would you advertise that it could be used at Dion Wired, but they say the system won't allow it. This is false and miss leading.
