False Information

Yesterday I went to Game to buy a Deep Freeze and they said that they will deliver it today (28 November 2015) or either on Monday. At 13:00 I get called by the delivery person saying they will deliver in an half an hour. At 17:00 they still haven't delivered after I called them 4 times and every time they tell me that they are coming soon. So eventually after the 5 time I called, I was told there is no stock and the only Deep freeze they have left is one that is dented on the corner. Game doesn't even have the decency to call us and say that they are out of stock! And they are only getting stock the 10th of December 2015. 2 Weeks later! And then the manager comes to the conclusion that if I take the dented one he will give me R250 discount! The delivery alone is R220. So that means if I have my own delivery vehicle, that's R30 discount for dented stock! UNBELIEVABLE! Game has the worse service!
