False adverti*****t/ lack of honest communication

on the 15th of December 2021 I purchased a Raleigh 12" Dash BMX 758479-EA bicycle for my son's. So today being the 22 December 2021 seeing that I haven't received any information with regards to the track number, I decided to call the online customer care on to find that they don't have the product advertised in stock. Yet this product is not labeled as out of stock till this minute, it is available for other customers to purchase it.
