False adverti*****t and bad Service

The level of service at the Game N1 store is bad. I went to Game N1 City on the 02 Jan 2025 to buy a Defy 348L fridge. The fridge is advertised for R4899 From the 01 Jan 2025 to the 20th Jan 2025. I was told that it is a misprint and that they cant give it to me for that price. I asked the salesman to show me the actual fridge that is on promotion . He pointed to a fridge without a promotion sinage on. Both the Buyer and the Store Manager refused to honor the price. There was no apology notice in the store available for customers. They send the apology letter to me five days later on the 07 Jan 2025. Game are taking people for a ride and they think we as consumers do not know our rights. Game as per the CPA you must honor the price. If you don't you are in violation of the Customer Protection Act.
