False advertising with promy, giving people the run around and wasting time

Went to the game store at the mall of Africa, the gentlemen that assisted me were wonderful , I bought a Samsung dishwasher on the buy and get promotion on the 31/12/2021, I followed the instructions and sent through all the information requested for the promotion, on the 10 of Jan 2020 I received an SMS stating that the proof of purchase can not be verified and requested I click on the link to submit the document again which I did , the I received another SMS stating that the proof of purchase couldn't be verified again and that this time I needed to email, I sent through and email with proof of purchase again on the 18 of Jan 2022 , I have not received any response since then , today I went through to have the receipt scanned so that there would be no further issues but I have not received a response as yet , it feels as if they give people the run around so that you will loose interested as the promotion entry ends tomorrow the 23 Jan 2022
