False advertising, poor service
False advertising. Advertised swimming pool with a pump in latest pamphlet. But when I got to the Fleurdal Game store they refused to give it as advertised, said I can only get the pool for the advertised price, I have to buy the pump seperately or pay R1200 more than advertised for pool with pump. Very poor general customer service from floor manager, who at first didn't want to assist at all.

13 Mar 2022, 13:35 After I have written a 1 star review complaining about false advertising and poor customer service received from the sales manager, the store manager, Nonu Lethola, phoned me. She apologized for my experience visiting the store, and offered to solve the problem. Very few places will admit they made a mistake and offer to rectify it. The way Nonu handled the situation I have to up the rating to 4 stars for customer service, but -1 as it seems the sales manager might still need a bit of training.
