FALSE ADVERTISING (PICTURES AS PROOF)

A pool table was advertised as R1250.00, the price was put on the picture of the pool table. Salesmen confirmed that I would be purchasing a pool table, I was then informed to collect it from Game in Alberton. After making the necessary phone calls the item was ready for collection, I then hired transport to collect the item for R500. We arrived at the Game in Alberton, salesmen brought out the pool table, went through the security checks, the item was then loaded onto the vehicle, the salesmen then returned to inform me that the barcode of the pool table was incorrect, it was the taken back into the store and the salesmen returned with a table tennis board informing me that this is what I bought. I then explained that I didn't purchase the table tennis board but a pool table, I then returned to the Game at the Glen where I consalted with the branch manager who informed me that it was a mistake and that it is not his problem. I then asked for the contacts to the regional office. At Game in the Glen, the salesmen named Curtis acknowledged in front of the store manager that he sold a pool table to me on which the manager rep**** that Curtis actually works in the furniture department.
