False advertising on website and NON customer service

On Tuesday 22 December after checking online of current items within Game Store I went to Clearwater mall to purchase towels they had advertised on their website (which are still on the website). I went to the isle where towels are kept and could not find them and proceeded to go to customer service. There I was told to go look in the isle. I told the lady I had already could she check on the system she told me she will call someone who works at the section. Ten minutes plus later I asked for the store manager. Ten minutes plus I called the customer services department of Game, the lady I spoke to called me back immediately. I was on the phone with her sometime already and explained the situation when the store manager arrived. While on the phone with customer services my daughter showed them the screenshot of the item with the code and then only did they check online. After spending 45 minutes in the store I walked out with the promise someone would call me by end of day with a resolution as "the store did not receive stock". Wednesday a manager from Clearwater store called me to ask what my complaint was and how he could assist??? Stating he was only handed the complaint then. He called me later the day again stating he is still working on a resolution and asked if he could give a different product for same price. I am still waiting for him to call me back to advise. This type of advertising is to simply false and is a way of attracting people to the store just to purchase a more expensive product. There is no customer service and at this point I would rather not support or spend my money at a store which is not interested and advertises falsely as non of the surrounding stores had the product either. Simply put I have now waster over an hour of my time listening to false promises and apologies. Beware of what is advertised!!
