False advertising of 10% covid vaccine discount

Game mams mall is not adhering to their covid 19 10% discount therefore this is false advertising. Yesterday Wednesday the 8th of September 2021 they refused to give us a discount as they advertised even though we produced proof of vaccine and identity documents they still refused the give us the discount. The cashier said there is nothing she can do about it and the managers only apologized without giving us the discount. I am not happy with this false advertising
