False Advertising - No Stock or Discontinued Product

Whenever GAME STORES advertises something in their weekly pamphlet or online, I go into their store to purchase something and they say there is no stock or waiting on the supplier to deliver. This has happened to me for the 3rd time on the 31 March 2018. How can Game advertise discontinue stock. Surely the Consumer Protection Act does not allow one to continuously advertise, but never ever have any intention of ever getting these items. These "specials" are used to attract customers to their STORES. I would appreciate it if someone can please contact me regarding the STRAMM - 18V Nicad Cordless Drill that I enquired about.
