False Advertising - Never stock of advertised store specials

I would like to express my UTMOST disgust in the false advertising that Game gives out.

Above mentioned is a swimming pool that you are advertising, the adverti*****t came out yesterday, upon phoning your customer care seconds after seeing the ad, I was told that NON of your stores in my surrounding area have the product and that it was sold out. HOW? I don't understand that, do your stores only stock 1 or 2 of these products? How do you advertise something that you don't have stock of? I am tired of getting rainchecks that never get followed up unless I am the one doing it. Your staff are as pathetic as your specials..

I want you to know that I am taking this to Hello Peter and to social media because i am sick and tired of getting specials from Game and every time I go into a store there is never stock because it is "sold out", it can be a toilet brush for R20, you can bet your bottom dollar there will not be stock due to being "sold out".. I don't care about it being Black Friday or just a regular weekly special, this is a continuous problem with Game and Massmart stores in Cape Town.
