False advertising & lack of customer support.

Good day,

I saw an adverti*****t online for the Mainstay 3 cast iron pans. It was advertised as R249. However when I tried checking out it reflected as R299. I contacted Game via FB messenger and WhatsApp. The next day I got a response indicating that you are sorry, however it is R299. Yesterday the Game adverti*****t appeared again indicating the price is R249. I'm really disappointed.

Please look into this.
