False Advertising, *********** staff

I purchased a 10kg dumbell set on game's website on the 27th September which then only got delivered on the 11th of October which was late, time for delivery is 5 -7 days which didn't happen, on open the box I saw that its only 1 weight which equals 10 kg, on your website it says 10Kg adjustable dumbbell set, which means 2. They also have a wrong description, "Abs dumbbell handle 2x1/2x1.25/4x2.5 Kg Plates Strength & Toning 2 Year Warranty" on the box its also completely different to what it says in the description on the website.It says the below on the box " 2 x1 kg plates 2 x 1.25 kg plates 2 x 2.5 kg plates 1 x 350 mm (L) ABS Dumbbell Handle" I am trying to arrange a refund and return but Tiffany S from your chat support is too *********** to deal with my query, the weblink to your site is below
