False advertising

I placed a pre-order for an Xbox Series X on the Game website on 23 October 2020. The adverti*****t indicated that the item would be prioritized for dispatch from the release date, 10 November 2020. I followed up with Game support on release day and they indicated that the order was scheduled to be dispatched on the day, but no such thing happened. It is now a day later, and Chante Cloete and Natasha Robain from Game support are unable to tell me when my order will be dispatched, or which store will be dispatching my order. This doesn't sound like priority delivery to me. Please get your act together Game. I want the item I paid for.
