False advertising

Game advertised promos for their birthday with things they dont even have in stock i went to Game in belair on saturday to buy Empisal Expressions Sewing Machine 889 that is currently on birthday promo till 07.07.2020 was told they did not have stock since the promo started. I went to greenstone to check and i was told they dont have it even the supplier does not have it. Tried to buy it online its also not in stock imagine what kind of madness is this.
