False advertising

Game claims to match competitors prices and give you the price differences should you find a product. On the 3/12/2025 i found a items and queried it with game. They eventually responded claiming that they couldn't honor the price beat because they offered a 4yr warranty vs the competitors 3yr warranty. I proceeded to indicate that majority of shops offer manufacturers warranty which in this case is 3yrs. Their web page was actually incorrect, and I provided a link to the manufacturers warranty claim. After this Game customer care has ignored me and provided no feedback. If Game isn't willing to honor their price beat, they should remove it from their sites.
