False advertising

I saw the game paper where the deals are valid from the 22-28 October 2024. I have also attached the digital copy from your website

In that paper the cellphone contract for the Iphone 15 (2 for 1) special on contract is going for R1299 for 36 months .

I called the Gateway store and they advised me that they do not have stock . The lady called me back and advised that the Pavilion Store has stock. She also advised me on what documents were needed to process my application.

I went to the Pavilion store and upon my application I was advised by your consultant that the paper is incorrect . I qualify for the contract however the contract is now R1549 a month .

This is false advertising as the promotional paper which is still valid is R1299. Game does not want to honor what they have advertised.
