False advertising by Game Stores Online

I bought 2 bicycles on 23 dec 2024 which showed stock available immediately after purchasing and my money is taken I get a message saying there is no stock. They could not assist me with alternative stock they issues a refund. I could not buy my kids Christmas presents because of this. I was told a refund takes 3-5 working days which I was forced to accept. After waiting 3-5 working days I called in to enquire about my refund. I was then told that because I use capital bank it will take 7-14 working days. Which makes no sense that just because it’s capitec bank it more than doubles the turn around time. Which I have never heard of working in a bank myself. I am extremely unhappy. I was informed there are no managers to talk to the the consultant sinosipho refused to give me her surname and refused to give me the managers names as well. I feel game is using false advertising to lure u into buying something online when they know they don’t have it. Then hold on to your money for unknown reasons and pay it back when they feel. Is there anyone who can help me and everyone who seems to be complaining about the same thing.
