FALSE ADVERTISING AT GAME

Game advertised a “Samsung Galaxy A21s Dual Sim Black for R2 999”. When I purchased this phone at the pavilion store they informed me that they did not have the phone in black, only blue was in stock. The lady at the counter assured me that it is a dual sim phone. She said that I can use my rain sim card as well as another network. She also mentioned that if the 2nd sim isn’t a Vodacom sim I would only have one year warranty rather than two years warranty if it was. Trusting that game has professional and well trained staff, I purchased the device only to find that this was not the case. After I left the store I purchased a screen guard and a cover from a pop up vendor. I unpackaged the phone later that night only to find the phone was a single sim phone. I was willing to take this as an oversight on the Game stores side and I took the phone back to the store to return it. All I asked for was compensation for the money I spent for the accessories as the Game store misinformed me about its product. I also was willing to pay the difference and take the A12. I wasted an hour at the store where I was helped by employees and managers that claimed that they do not have the authority to process such a claim. I think that it is ridiculous that a big store such as a pavilion game does not have senior managers at the store. This is pathetic customer service over and above being FALSE ADVERTISING! Im am not willing to waste money due to false advertising and still pay a difference to purchase another phone. I need a dual sim phone so that I can use my rain sim card as well as my normal number on the phone. A single sim phone will mean I have to purchase a modem and carry around two devices.
