False advertising and lying to customers

I went to Game at Vaal Mall to do some shoping on few things, and I remembered that the last time I was there I saw a poster on the glass window at Customer Service stating few payment/bill activities like DStv and Traffic fines that are done at the store. After making my payment at the till I went to Customer Service and the signage was there to show "OPEN" but there was not even one Customer Service person No One at that station, as I turned back I saw a lady coming my way and I asked here if I can pay my traffic fine at there or at the tills, here respond was positive that its done at the tills, but wen I went to the till to tell the cashier that I would like to pay a traffic fine, she looked amazed and asked one of here colleagues if the payment can be done at the tills, one of them responded to say its not done in their store. I need to know why Game Vaal Mall is lying to thousands and thousands of people that are going to the store WHY CAN'T THEY JUST REMOVE THE DAMN LYING POSTER or do what is right and stop being lazy. That is false advertising and lying to customers
