False advertising

I made an online order on the 7th of June on the 17th of Junr it showed dispatched. When I phoned to find out where the product is they said there is no stock and that they are busy sourcing it. It has been a month and a half now and they still did not source it or sorted the problem out with the manufacturer. Not one of the consultants that commented on this platform came back as agreed to do. They tell you that you should have been refunded but they dont recomend it but they also cant get you the product?? If they dont have a product they must rather not advertise it as being available online.
