False Advertising

<p>As per you advert in the press and online you are advertising a PS4 1TB bundled with extra controller and FIFA17 for R5499. I contacted several branches and none of them had stock. I went to your Westgate branch where they informed me that stock will arrive next week (now this week) and I can pay for the item now already. I paid for the item and phoned today and still no stock has arrived, they cannot tell me when stock will arrive either. How can you advertise something that you never had stock of in the first place and have no idea of when you are getting stock? Yet you are very willing and eager to take our money so who really wins is the question? I need this for Christmas which is on Sunday if you did not realise. And please don't use the excuse of the supplier being out of stock because other shops do have consoles in stock. In future I will advise people to use other shops instead since you guys cannot deliver and mislead the public with false advertising.</p>
