False Advertising

I was at Game Centurion Mall. They were advertising, what I saw as the bottles below the the price.2 for R32. When I paid they rang them up as R49 each. I questioned them and was told no, its the chips below the bottles. The manager came and informed me they have advertised like that for years. There was no price by the bottles either. I took a pictures to proof, but nowhere here to add it.
