false advertising

Good morning, I just came from game stores southgate now. I have a factory fault problem on my laptop. My laptop screen is jumping up a down and I wanted to take it in for repairs as I was under the impression that it had two year store guarantee and one year supplier warranty which I was told when I bought it. Your game stores promise is that they will still look at it even after the warrenty expires, MI hasn't expir yet. Please can you put your terms an conditions on you receip becuase not even the cashiers know how long your products are under guarentee or warentee
