False Advertising

I went to Game Bela Bela a week ago to have a look at their phone ranges as I wanted to buy 2 phones cash. On their leaflet they had a Hisense Infinity H50 advertised for R2499 and I asked the sales lady about the phone. She advised me they do not have them in stock at that moment and we needed to go back there today because by today they will have received the stock and the special is ending today. We got there and went straight to the cellphone department but the sales guy there was not very eager to help us. I then asked if the phones have arrived yet and he did not even know the phone existed. I then gave him the leaflet I took the last time (and that was on their shelves next to the phones) and he searched the system for the phone. He said it seems like it was ordered over a month ago but they never received stock. I then asked him what now, can we order the phones as the special was ending today and he said we cannot as the phone has been "discontinued". I asked how can it be discontinued as they have been advertising it since the beginning of March and he just raised his shoulders. I then asked to speak to the manager of the shop who arrived there about 10 minutes later. They then continued their conversation for about 10 minutes in their language before he acknowledge me standing there. He then gave me the same answer very rudely that they did not receive any stock and there is nothing they can do. Even though this has been advertised for a month in their shop. Both just lifted their shoulders and basically did not want to speak to me any further.

Plan was to buy 2 or maybe 3 of those phones today and now we had to walk away empty handed and with basically no answer. This is false advertising and very bad customer service.
