False advertising

On Thursday 17th December 2015 I received an adverti*****t in the local newspaper from Game Liquors where Bains Cape Mountain Whiskey was advertised for R119.99. On Friday at 11h00 I went to purchase 12 bottles where I was informed that they don't have stock and have ordered. My name was written down in a scruffy note book and I would be called when the stock arrived. The ordered stock was to arrive today 23 December 2015. When enquiring today about whether the stock has arrived I was informed that there was a mistake on the pamphlet and the price is R199.99 thus R80.00 per bottle more than the advertised price. They still have no stock but should they receive the stock I will have to pay the new price. On the pamphlet the promotion is valid until 31 December 2015. I also work for a retail company and I am aware that if a price is advertised you sell it at that price. Massmart however don't think so. Very disappointed to receive this type of feedback (and service) from a so-called leading retailer. Expected better service than this. The responsible person's name is unknown to me as I asked her twice and she mumbled a name I could not understand.
