False Advertising

Good day.<br> <br> We were at Game @ Greenstone Mall on Saturday, 7 Nov 2015. We wanted to enquire about prices for purchasing an Xbox One (with or without the Kinect Camera). When looking at Game, we found 2 boxes on the shelf. One had a picture of the Console, the Kinect, and 1 Controller. The other had the same picture, but without the Kinect. There was 1 price on the shelf between the 2, being R6700.00. We did not know which one the price was for so after checking the boxes themselves, found that the one without the Kinect's barcode didn't match, so we assumed it was for the one with the Kinect, which did not have a barcode. My husband went to the counter to enquire, where he was told that Game does not sell the Xbox One with the Kinect. We were shocked. How can they advertise this on their shelf but say they don't sell it? That is false advertising. We would have been quite happy to purchase the one with the Kinect for R6700.00 but Game don't sell them, but advertise them? What is Game going to do about this?<br> <br> Please can I ask that if we get a response to this, please email rather than call as I'm not able to take calls during office hours.
