False advertising!!!

I went this morning to Game store in Phalaborwa, I saw that they had 30% Discount on the toys with red dots, on the shelves it showed big in red 30% Discount on all red dotted toys there was nothing else stated that the price on the shelves was already 30% deducted on that original price. So I took a toy that cost R370 went to the till told the lady she must remember it's 30% Discount on that R370. So this is when the trouble starts, they called a lady that works with the prices on the shelves (did not get her name) I explained to her the situation she immediately started to say that price is correct the 30% is already deducted from the original price I have ask her 2 to show me the original price before the 30% Discount she just ignored me and repeatedly said the same thing over. I asked her to call the manager, he told me the same thing did not want to even listen what I want to explain to them and told him this is false advertising because you can't say 30% Discount and then you don't get it! Customer service is very very poor this could be handled better but there was no interest in giving a client customer service and listen to me what happened to having some pride to keep a company name high. They know they were wrong they even went and took the price of the shelves when I told them I am going to contact head office. I even have photos to prove this is false advertising. No man game I am really disappointed in your service at Phalaborwa branch and how this situation was handled today. Head office said they will phone me back with feedback I am still waiting for feedback how long does it take to solve 1 problem at 1 branch???
