False Advertising
My mother saw an adverti*****t in one of brochures which Game sends out advertising a 60 inch HD 3D Smart TV. She went into Game and purchased the TV after trying to figure out how the 3D worked she decided to go into Game on Saturday on the 3rd of October for advice and enquire about where she could purchase glasses. The salesman said that if there are no glasses in the box it is not a 3D TV to which she pointed out the TV she purchased to which he responded was not 3D. She stated that the advert says it is 3D and that is why she bought it. She was told to go and get the adverti*****t and bring it back which she did today 7 October 2015. She was now informed that it was a misprint and they had a notice on the display. The salesman also did not disclose this to her and says he did. This is an obvious lie as he would have disclosed this information on Saturday when she came to enquire and not send her home to go and find the adverti*****t.

I am sure that this is against the advertising standards and the customer should get what she thought she was paying for
