False Advertising

Game misinforms Customers by using false advertising to lure you into purchasing on their online platform. I made an online purchase on the 16th of July, on their website it clearly states the product is in stock and available to purchase.

So now 14 days later when I do a follow up on my order, I am told it is now being canceled because there is no stock available in my region and that I will have to wait another "14 business days" before I get my refund.

This is just baffling how they can do such, it is pathetic and I am a very unsatisfied client.
