FALSE ADVERTISING

After ordering a power bank advertised by game and receiving a confirmation of my order and an email telling me my order was ready for pick up and when I get to pick up my order I am told it was a misprint and the item advertised was not stocked by game ( NOTE THAT THIS WAS A WEEK AGO) and game was not responsible for any misprint.

I was assured by management that they would rectify the error. I received 3 phone calls from Game customer service telling me the same thing.

Today is approximately one week after the incident and the error has not been rectified and the item is still advertised at the price that I ordered
