FALSE ADVERTISING

I went to game mamelodi with the intention of buying a kettle for my mom since i accidentally broke her's today morning. There were about 15+ kettles on the shelf with the promo price of 269.i was thrilled and took one to the counter. When I got there it's scanning 299. I went back to the shelf with one of the employees then he tells me it's a price for another item. He then took the price, then came this other lady with the price,I think she's the manager to tell me that that's not the price for the kettles, but it was there. I then asked her to take a picture of the price as displayed she denied. I'm very much unhappy and never coming back to Game store mamelodi.

This is false advertising they doing, and sending a wrong message to customers. Terrible service I encountered.
